Perform complete Protection design package of high voltage

 transmission & distribution substations through base, detail

 and as-built phases as following;

i. Base Design Deliverables & Services:

-  Substation overall operational single line Diagram

-  Substation protection logic diagram “PLD”

-  CT/VT adequacy calculation

-  Power & control cables BOQ   -Interlock Schemes.

-  Alarm systems point lists for the conventional

    substations (SCADA, SOE, TFR & Annunciator)

-  SAS point list for IEC-61850 based substations

-  Review equipment's vendor base design packages

ii. Detail Design Deliverables & Services:

- Review Equipment's vendor detail design packages;

   including prot. panels (Line, Transf., BC, BS,BB ,MV SWGR

   & Capacitor), control panels (ABTS, ACCS, AVR, SAS, DFR,

   & SCADA) & transf. design (Transf.prot., OLTC & MK).

- Perform complete substation Interfacing engineering by

   taking off with approved detail design drawings adding

   interface details and the necessary modifications in order

   to link complete substation panels guarantee proper

   overall protection scheme functionality.

- Perform relay setting calculation.

iii. As Built Submittal:

- Perform As-built drawings based on site red marked

   copy as per client standard.
