Perform complete civil & Arch. design package of high voltage

transmission & distribution substations as following:

 i. Civil Design Deliverables:

  - Design of gantry structure and switchgear control building.

  - Design of hand hole, man hole trench duct banks details.

  - Design of basement retaining wall opening and rebar details.

  - Design of control building location plan and sections

  - Design of HV/MV switchgear and transformer foundation.

  - Design of power transformer fire wall foundation.
  - Design of auxiliary transformer fire wall foundation.
  - Design of water tank, septic tank, oil tank and soak pit.
ii. Architecture Design Deliverables:

  - Substation 3D model. Floor plans. Buildings elevation.

  - Buildings and walls sections. Stair cases plans, sections details.

  - Site design development plan. Layout and details of raised floor

    and false ceiling.
